Id rather be home sipping a drink or chatting up the family, than stay late.</description>

		<description>Pizza parties and dinner outings can&#039;t substitute for a real work-life balance anymore than popping pills can make up for eating a balanced meal everyday.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I think you&#039;ve zeroed in on the fact that people sit in because it &#039;doesn&#039;t look nice&#039; to leave early and because they don&#039;t have other things to do outside. I think a smart organisation will understand the value of efficient time management/workload as well as the social/professional balance.</description>
